Do you accept walk-ins?

Mend is by appointment only. Feel free to call to check last-minute availability.

Are there any reasons I should not get a massage?

If you have any blood related or fluid balancing conditions, please check with your doctor before booking. Any diagnosed conditions need to be disclosed in your health history form, and we will do our best to reach out before your session with any concerns.

Acute conditions such as a flu, cold, or sunburn should be rescheduled.

How do your prices work?

We work on a 4-tier system:

Apprentice 1

Apprentice 2

Massage Therapist

Master Massage Therapist

The more experience and education a massage therapist has, the more we pay them. Our mission at Mend is to keep LMTs financially safe so they can deliver the best care possible. This incentivizes our therapists to always keep learning, which benefits our community in the long run.

We do have two membership options as well:

Tier 1 Members pay an annual $40 fee and receive 10% off all services for the year.

COMING SOON: Tier 2 Members pay an annual $100 fee and receive 10% off all services and products, and receive free admission to our events including but not limited to Self-Care Sundays, yoga classes, breath work sessions, etc.

Do I need to get completely undressed for my session?

When we say undress to your comfort level- we mean it.

No one is required to completely undress for their session, but depending on the nature of the work you are asking for, you may ask your therapist if they have a preference. For example, if your therapist needs to work on your back, they may request you take your bra off.

Is Mend LGBTQ+ friendly?

All are welcome and encouraged!
