Cancellation Policy & Refunds

We ask for at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. We are more than happy to reschedule your visit if we are given 24 hours notice. If you change or cancel your appointment within the 24 hours prior, a deposit will be charged to your card on file in the amount of 50% of the session fee. If you arrive more than 1-15 minutes late to your appointment, your session will be shortened at full price. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will have to reschedule and the deposit will be charged to your card. No show appointments will be charged full price. By booking, you agree to the cancellation policy.
